Danish frugtsalat

❋ Ingredients
  • 600 g Greek yogurt (minimum 5% fat)

  • 100 ml heavy cream

  • 60 g Danish vanilla sugar (vaniljesukker)

  • syrupy fruit (pineapple and peaches)

  • walnuts and chocolate, to taste

❋ Method

Lightly whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until soft and smooth. Gently fold it into the Greek yogurt using a spatula, with slow movements from the bottom upwards, to keep the texture light and airy.

Add the well-drained fruit and mix carefully. The texture should be perfectly creamy and stable: when held on a spoon, the frugtsalat should hold its shape and remain firm, without falling.

c.

Finish with crunchy walnuts and chocolate shavings to taste.
