About me

For me, cooking is, most of all, a passion.

It’s something I’ve carried with me since I was a child, passed down to me by my father. From the very first time, I realized that it wasn’t just the final result that I enjoyed, but the process itself: following the steps, respecting the timing, watching something transform.

I love the technique, I love understanding how and why things work. My approach to cooking has a bit of a classical mindset, shaped early on by years of studying classical music, where attention, precision and harmony matter just as much as creativity and expression.

It’s one of the moments when I truly feel focused and present… it relaxes me, gives me the feeling of doing something tangible, and in the end there is always a small sense of satisfaction.

For me, cooking is also a way of caring, for myself, for others, for something.

It’s a simple act, yet deeply human.
